Fredrik has been a published poet and writer since the mid 80's. He studied book binding and Letterpress printing in the London College of Printing, learning all aspects of book and typographical design and physical book binding.
He gives regular workshops, in writing, book design and book making. He teaches creative writing within vidergående skoler, as part of Den Kulturelle Skolesekken, and teaches book binding and poetry on a regular basis at Museem for Samtidskunst, Deichman Bibliotek, as well as a host of smaller arts organisations.
